Job Title: AI Technical Strategist

Durations: 1 year contract

Location: Remote - India

Shift Time: 1pm IST-10pm IST

The role of an Ai Technical Strategist is pivotal in ensuring the strategic implementation and governance of AI tools such as Google Gemini, OpenAI, and Anthropic. This position drives the execution of AI initiatives with precision, security, and compliance, ultimately enhancing technological capabilities and maintaining a competitive edge.

  • Data Privacy Management: Configure and manage data privacy controls to prevent sensitive data from being trained on AI models and enforce zero-retention policies.
  • Compliance Reporting: Deliver comprehensive audit logs and compliance reporting for OpenAI usage to ensure adherence to regulatory standards.
  • Security Measures: Implement robust guardrails and moderation tools to enhance the security and reliability of AI applications.
  • Performance Tracking: Track model performance and usage metrics, producing regular reports to inform strategic decisions.
  • Prompt Engineering Optimization: Optimize prompt engineering and evaluate cost/performance trade-offs to maximize efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Troubleshooting: Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to API calls, latency, and integration failures to ensure seamless operation of AI tools.
  • Documentation Maintenance: Maintain detailed internal admin guides with setup/configuration steps, governance rules, and best practices for AI tool management.
  • Knowledge Base Development: Develop and maintain knowledge bases and wikis for developers and end users to facilitate knowledge sharing and skill development.
  • Training Sessions: Deliver training sessions for IT staff to expand their expertise in managing OpenAI tools and ensure comprehensive admin coverage.
  • Incident Resolution: Serve as the Tier 3 escalation point for OpenAI-related incidents, providing expert-level support and resolution.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with security, compliance, and engineering teams to expand the safe and responsible use of AI tools across the organization.
Key Qualifications and Skills:
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field; Master's degree preferred.
  • Experience: 5-8 years of experience in AI applications engineering or related role.
  • AI Tool Proficiency: Demonstrated proficiency in AI tools, particularly Google Gemini, OpenAI, and Anthropic.
  • Data Privacy Understanding: Strong understanding of data privacy controls and compliance requirements.
  • Technical Expertise: Experience in configuring and managing AI tool environments securely and effectively.
  • Problem-Solving Skills: Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills, with the ability to handle complex technical issues.
  • Communication and Collaboration: Strong communication and collaboration skills, with experience delivering training and creating documentation.
