**AI Architect (Non-Cloud Large Language Models)**

**Chennai (Hybrid)**

Seeking a visionary AI Architect to lead the strategic implementation of non-cloud Large Language Models (LLMs) across our organization. As a strategic leader, you'll bridge the gap between business objectives and technical innovation, ensuring the successful and sustainable adoption of AI that drives tangible business value.

**About The Role**

This is a hybrid role with frequent travel (30-40%) to client locations, including Riyadh.

You'll be responsible for leading the entire lifecycle of non-cloud LLM deployments, from strategic planning and model selection to ongoing monitoring and optimization.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Identify and prioritize high-impact AI use cases that align with organizational goals.
- Develop a phased roadmap for LLM implementation, considering scalability and long-term sustainability.
- Conduct cost-benefit analyses to demonstrate the return on investment (ROI) for non-cloud LLM deployments.
- Select and fine-tune LLMs tailored to meet specific enterprise requirements.
- Design robust inference pipelines that ensure high performance and seamless integration with existing on-premise systems.
- Establish ethical AI frameworks to address bias mitigation and safe deployment practices.
- Ensure compliance with global regulations (GDPR, CCPA) and industry standards.
- Foster transparency and fairness in AI operations to build trust among stakeholders.
- Bridge communication between business, engineering, and data science teams to ensure project success.
- Organize training sessions and workshops to upskill team members on non-cloud LLMs.
- Create feedback mechanisms for continuous improvement of AI solutions.
- Automate pipelines for LLM training, deployment, and regular updates on on-premise infrastructure.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to evaluate model performance and optimize processes.
- Manage on-premise infrastructure to meet the specific needs of non-cloud LLM deployments.
- Proactively address data security challenges and mitigate risks associated with compliance breaches.
- Develop robust audit trails and protocols for explain ability to ensure accountability and trustworthiness in AI solutions.
- Implement security measures tailored for on-premise LLM deployments.

**Qualifications**
- 10-15 years of experience in artificial intelligence, machine learning, or a related field.
- Proven experience with non-cloud LLM deployments and architectures.
- Strong understanding of ethical AI principles and governance frameworks.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills to bridge communication gaps between various teams.
- Leadership experience with a proven track record of driving successful AI projects.
- Ability to travel frequently (30-40%) to client locations
