Electoral Campaign Specialist

The role involves planning and executing comprehensive digital campaigns for political clients. This includes managing social media strategy, content calendars, and paid campaigns, as well as overseeing graphic/video teams to ensure timely delivery of creatives.

Responsibilities include tracking analytics and optimizing reach across platforms, coordinating with field teams for real-time digital amplification, and ensuring that all digital operations are executed in a timely and effective manner.

This is a fast-paced environment where you will have the opportunity to work on high-visibility campaigns shaping Indian politics. You will be working collaboratively with a team of experienced professionals who are passionate about using technology to drive positive change.

We are looking for an Electoral Campaign Specialist who has proven experience managing digital operations for political or election campaigns. The ideal candidate will have fluency in Marathi (spoken and written), hands-on experience with social media tools, ad dashboards, and analytics, and strong leadership skills.
