Visa Consultant

Job Description

This role involves providing expert guidance and support to clients navigating the complexities of visa applications. The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of the visa process and be able to communicate effectively with clients, ensuring a smooth and efficient experience.

The Visa Consultant will work closely with clients to understand their travel requirements and provide personalized advice on the necessary documentation and procedures. This will involve answering client queries via email and telephone, as well as facilitating communication with relevant authorities.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and be able to build trust with clients. They will also possess a bachelor's degree in any field and have knowledge of MS Office applications (Word/Excel/PowerPoint).
