Job Overview

This role is based out of a major metropolitan city in India and requires a certified professional in Employee Central Solution.

  • Certification in Employee Central Solution is essential.
  • At least three end-to-end implementation and three support projects have been completed.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Define Business Requirements: Perform fit-gap analysis between client requirements and standard Employee Central Solution.
  • Consulting Services: Provide global organizations with Human Capital Management (HCM) best practices and help clients migrate to HCM cloud solutions.
  • Solution Design: Translate business requirements into system configuration objects and create solution design for Employee Management Solution in compliance with best practices.
  • Data Models: Hands-on experience with all data models and an excellent knowledge of XML are necessary.
  • MDF Configuration: Work has been done on metadata, foundation objects, associations, business rules, and workflows.
  • Time-Off and Payroll: Experience with time-off and EC payroll is beneficial.
  • System Configuration: System configuration in accordance with solution design and configuration workbook/business blueprint is crucial.
  • Translation Expertise: Translation expertise is must including uploading translation packs for data models configuration and MDF.
  • Test Case Execution: Preparation and execution of test cases/test plans/test scripts require high proficiency.
