Operations Management Role

This role involves overseeing the day-to-day operations of a BPO team. Key responsibilities include managing team performance, providing regular feedback for improvement, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

The ideal candidate will have experience in managing teams in domestic voice processes and possess excellent communication skills. Proficiency in Excel and data analysis is also essential.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Manage a team of professionals in a domestic Process
  • Monitor team performance and provide regular feedback
  • Handle escalations and ensure customer satisfaction
  • Collaborate with other departments to optimize processes
  • Engage in managing AHT as per standard SOPs

Requirements:

  • Experience as AM/DM in domestic voice process
  • Good communication skill
  • Proficient in Excel/data making
  • Immediate joiner
  • Flexible to work

  • UG: Any Graduate
  • Full-time permanent employment
