Job Title: Structural BIM Coordinator

We are seeking a highly skilled Structural BIM Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for assisting project teams in adhering to the Building Information Modeling (BIM) Implementation Plan.

Responsibilities:
  • Assist project teams in delivering client BIM requirements for Architectural and Structural services.
  • Perform quality assurance and control on Autodesk Revit models.
  • Prepare drawing packages.
  • Develop technical capability of BIM Level of Development (LOD) 300 with knowledge of LOD 400 and 500.
  • Coordinate and develop design to construction through BIM processes such as 5D/4D.
  • Manage 3D models, review model quality and technical content including clash detection and compliance with the BIM Execution Plan.
  • Analyze models provided by Architects, Engineers, subcontractors, and consultants to identify coordination and constructability issues.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Autodesk Revit proficiency.
  • Autodesk AutoCAD proficiency.
  • Navisworks proficiency.
  • Dynamo proficiency.
  • Experience in Scan to BIM & PDF to CAD projects.
