Civil 3D BIM Coordinator

As a key member of our BIM team, the successful candidate will assist the BIM Manager in overseeing Civil 3D projects from inception to completion. The role entails working independently on US, UK and Asia-specific projects while making informed technical decisions that align with company standards.

  • Assist the BIM Manager in managing and delivering high-profile Civil 3D projects.
  • Work independently and make informed technical decisions for US, UK and Asia-specific projects.
  • Handle Landscape, Dry & Wet Utilities, Grading, Highway Modelling, and Plantation projects, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality outputs.
  • Prepare coordinated shop drawings and as-built drawings that meet project requirements.
  • Develop detailed plans and profiles for pipe networks and manholes based on IFC drawings.
  • Coordinate with multiple disciplines using Navisworks to detect and resolve clashes effectively.
  • Oversee the BIM construction process from Design Development (DD) stage to As-Built stage, ensuring seamless integration and efficient data management.
  • Assist with estimation tasks and lead small teams to achieve project goals.
  • Integrate iPad/AM data exchange and generate COBie data for smooth project execution.

  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Proficiency in Navisworks and other related tools.
