3D Modeler Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced 3D modeler to join our team.

Job Description

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in mechanical engineering and experience with Revit MEP software. As a 3D modeler, you will be responsible for creating high-quality 3D models from existing drawings and specifications. This includes digitalization of exiting drawings into 3D Revit models, modelling of Mechanical/HVAC-installations in 3D Revit MEP, and measurements (area of floors, windows and facades of buildings) from existing pdf/ CAD-drawings and/or 3D Revit models.

  • Create accurate and detailed 3D models of mechanical systems and HVAC installations using Revit MEP software.
  • Digitalize existing drawings into 3D Revit models and create new models based on specifications and requirements.
  • Measure areas of floors, windows and facades of buildings using existing pdf/ CAD-drawings and/or 3D Revit models.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you must have:

  • A minimum of 12-15 years of professional experience in BIM modeling or engineering.
  • A diploma or bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering.
  • Documented experience with AutoCAD and 3D Revit MEP software.
  • The ability to develop complex drawings with minimal guidance from other senior staff.
