Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a BIM Modeler and AI Real Estate Expert located in Chennai. The role involves creating and managing building information models, developing architectural designs, and integrating mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (MEP) elements into construction drawings on a day-to-day basis. The BIM Modeler will collaborate with various teams to ensure project timelines are met and quality standards are upheld.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Building Information Modeling (BIM) techniques
  • Knowledge of architectural principles and modeler skills
  • Experience with Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) systems
  • Ability to develop and interpret construction drawings
  • Excellent teamwork and communication skills
  • Experience in using AI for real estate is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, or a related field
