JOB SUMMARY

We are seeking an Architectural BIM Expert with 2+ years of experience to deliver high-quality BIM models, drive project documentation, and coordinate seamlessly with multidisciplinary teams for international projects.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Lead the development and management of advanced architectural BIM models using Revit.

Maintain code sets, limited models and shared co-ordinates effectively.

Produce and coordinate detailed construction documents and drawings.

Oversee model version control, change documentation, and conduct regular model audits.

Coordinate with MEP and structural teams for clash detection and design integration.

Mentor junior team members and ensure adherence to BIM standards and best practices.

Resolve complex modelling and project coordination issues efficiently.

Contribute to process improvements and maintain high modelling standards.

TECHNICAL / MUST-HAVE SKILLS

Advanced proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, Navisworks, and BIM 360.

Strong skills in architectural detailing, documentation, and model-based quantity take-offs.

Ability to perform scan-to-BIM workflows and manage as-built/renovation models.

Proficiency in visualization and rendering tools (VRay, Photoshop, Lumion).

Strong understanding in file sharing protocols as per ISO19650.

Excellent communication, coordination, and problem-solving abilities.

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE

Diploma or bachelor's degree in architecture
