Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Civil BIM Modeler to join our BIM team in Chennai. The ideal candidate will be proficient in Revit and capable of creating and coordinating 3D civil/structural models for design, documentation, and construction coordination.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and manage civil and structural BIM models using Revit.
  • Prepare coordinated models and detailed drawings as per project standards.
  • Collaborate with architecture, MEP, and structural teams to resolve clashes.
  • Perform clash detection and coordination using Navisworks.
  • Ensure all deliverables adhere to BIM Execution Plans (BEP) and project specifications.
  • Work on both Indian and international civil projects (residential, commercial, infrastructure).
  • Participate in coordination meetings and support site and design teams when required.

Skills & Qualifications

  • Diploma or Bachelor's in Civil / Structural Engineering or related discipline.
  • 3–10 years of experience in Civil BIM Modeling.
  • Proficiency in Revit is mandatory.
  • Working knowledge of Navisworks, AutoCAD, and BIM standards (LOD, COBie, etc.).
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to collaborate across disciplines.

Pay: ₹24, ₹61,807.87 per month
