Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a BIM Modeler located in Chennai. The BIM Modeler will be responsible for creating and managing building information models, collaborating with architects and engineers to generate construction drawings, and incorporating mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (MEP) systems into the models. Day-to-day tasks include developing detailed models, ensuring accuracy, and updating the models as necessary to reflect design changes and project requirements.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Building Information Modeling (BIM), and experience as a Modeler
  • Knowledge of Architecture and Construction Drawings
  • Familiarity with Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) systems
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in model development
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
  • Ability to work on-site in Chennai
  • Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, or related field is preferred
