Job Title:

Financial Planning Leader

We are seeking a strategic finance professional to lead our financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the development of financial plans, budgets, and forecasts across multiple brands.
  • Design and implement scenario planning and valuation models to inform business decisions.
  • Develop and maintain management information systems (MIS) reports and cash flow management tools for scalability.
  • Enhance and professionalise finance and accounting controls and processes.
  • Manage investor relations through accurate projections and transparent communication.
  • Collaborate with leadership on key performance indicators (KPIs) and performance tracking.

Candidate Profile:

  • 10+ years of experience in FP&A or corporate finance, preferably in the food and beverage or hospitality industry.
  • A proven track record of helping restaurant businesses scale successfully.
  • Expertise in forecasting, cash flow management, MIS, and valuations.
  • Strong communication, analytical, and investor-facing skills.
  • Chartered Accountant (CA) or Master of Business Administration (MBA) Finance preferred.
