Key Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and implement credit policies and processes that align with industry trends, regulations, and best practices in credit management.
  2. Lead a team of credit professionals to ensure effective risk assessment and mitigation.
  3. Collaborate with internal stakeholders to drive business growth and revenue through effective lending and leasing products.
  4. Stay up-to-date with industry trends, regulations, and best practices in credit management.

Requirements:

  • 18-20 years of experience in the banking or NBFC industry.
  • Strong leadership skills with a minimum of 2 years of experience leading a team.
  • Deep understanding of credit policy and processes in lending and leasing products.
  • Risk management expertise with a focus on ECL/loss models.
  • Experience working with geographically dispersed teams.
  • Knowledge of new-age underwriting and assessment tools.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Understanding of technological advancements in credit underwriting and risk management.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • CA or MBA Finance from a reputable Business School.
  • Exposure to multiple asset classes, including automobiles, equipment, and real estate.
  • Leasing experience is desirable.

Technical Skills:

  • Understanding of lending norms.
  • Knowledge of CIBIL.
