Role Summary

A seasoned professional with 10-15 years of commercial leasing experience is required for this position. The ideal candidate will lead the leasing business team, drive revenue growth, and manage key business milestones.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Team Leadership: Foster a high-performing leasing business team by building strong relationships and providing coaching and development opportunities.
  • Revenue Growth Strategies: Develop and implement plans to achieve year-on-year revenue growth.
  • Business Milestones Management: Regularly track and analyze key business performance indicators, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.
  • Client Relationships: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and developers through regular meetings and interactions.
  • Transaction Closure: Participate in large transactions and work collaboratively with the team to close deals.
  • Target Setting: Establish and communicate annual and monthly target vacancy lists and identified client lists.
  • Asset Classes Exposure: Provide transaction closure exposure across various asset classes.
  • Team Performance Management: Ensure Key Result Areas (KRAs) are met by the team and sales targets are achieved.
  • Team Culture: Foster a positive work environment that encourages collaboration, innovation, and continuous learning.
Job Requirements:
  • Effective Transaction Execution: Execute transactions efficiently and effectively, ensuring timely closure and minimal risk.
  • Lead Funnel Review: Regularly review the lead funnel, prioritize leads, and develop strategies to drive conversion.
  • Creative Sales Strategies: Develop innovative sales approaches to drive business growth and exceed targets.
  • Communication Approval: Approve all marketing communications circulated by any medium, ensuring consistency and accuracy.
  • Market Deal Due Diligence: Conduct thorough due diligence on market deals, sharing information with the team to ensure informed decision-making.
  • Team Handling: Manage a team of research executives, managers, and support staff, providing guidance and support as needed.
  • Client Interaction: Regularly interact with clients to build trust, maintain PR, and drive business growth.
  • Transaction Documents: Oversee transaction documents, ensuring smooth execution and minimal risk.
  • Issue Resolution: Proactively address issues and respond to clients in a timely and professional manner.
