Job Role:

You will support our operations team in delivering the best influencer proposals to prospective clients by finding the biggest and upcoming talents.

Your responsibilities include assisting the operations team in sourcing top influencers across various industries and channels, creating influencer proposals for clients, and working closely with the strategy team to create longlists of ideal influencers that will be pitched to a client.

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Research and identify key influencers, bloggers, and online media in designated verticals and social platforms;
  • Liaise with influencers for new partnerships and projects;
  • Participate in brainstorm sessions as an influencer expert for the project/campaign;
  • Match make between brand and influencers based on the client's brief, using creative and strategic thinking for the best possible lists and set-ups;
  • Expand our database with new influencers and nurture our existing network;

Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you should have:

  • 1-2 years work experience in an Influencer marketing agency;
  • Possession of passion and preferably experience in Influencer Marketing or social media;
  • Strong knowledge of blogging, vlogging, and other social networks;
  • A strong personality who is able to work autonomously and within a team;
  • Excellent research skills and the talent for thinking outside the box;
  • A structured way of working, competencies in planning and organisation;
  • Social media literacy with an understanding of current trends;
