Content Creation and Marketing AssociateThe Peoples Board is seeking a talented Content Creator to join our core content and marketing team. As part of this role, you will be responsible for developing engaging visual content, managing social media campaigns, and collaborating with the leadership team to drive business growth.Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and edit video content for social media platforms, podcasts, and other channels.
  • Design graphics, creatives, and featured images for our website and articles.
  • Manage and schedule posts across various social media platforms.
  • Conduct keyword research and optimize video titles, social captions, and website content for reach and visibility.
Requirements:
  • 1-2 years of experience in content creation, video editing, or digital marketing.
  • Strong command of video editing tools (Adobe Premiere Pro, CapCut, VN, or similar).
  • Experience in recording and editing podcasts/interviews.
  • Proficiency in Canva/Photoshop (or similar tools) for design.
  • Solid understanding of social media trends and content marketing.
