About the Role

We are seeking a talented Market Research Assistant to support our growth and help us build effective campaigns by performing targeted research and data enrichment.

This exciting opportunity will allow you to play a crucial role in maintaining data integrity, enhancing our CRM quality, and supporting campaign outreach initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
  • HubSpot Data Hygiene: Regularly maintain and update our CRM, ensuring all entries are clean, accurate, and up-to-date for effective outreach.
  • Data Mining & Enrichment: Conduct research to enrich and validate contact details, company information, and other critical data points.
  • Company Research Memos: Prepare detailed research summaries on target companies, outlining key information and insights relevant to our market strategies.
  • Webinar Reminders: Assist with webinar coordination, sending reminders, and following up with registrants to increase engagement and attendance.
  • Contact Identification for Named Accounts: Source and verify contact information for key individuals within targeted accounts to support named account campaigns.
Qualifications
  • Current student or recent graduate in Marketing, Business, Economics, or a related field.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot) and data management is preferred.
  • Excellent research skills, with a keen eye for detail and accuracy.
  • Proactive and self-motivated, with the ability to manage tasks independently.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
