Job Overview

As a Senior Human Resources Manager, you will be responsible for leading the development and execution of the Group HR Strategy aligned with business objectives.

The ideal candidate will have a strong track record of driving HR synergies across multiple companies, as well as experience in talent management, performance management, and business partnership.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute the Group HR Strategy to drive business growth and improve employee engagement.
  • Lead leadership talent strategy, including assessment, development, and succession planning for CXOs and key roles.
  • Manage group-wide HiPo (High Potential) and Future Leaders programs to identify and develop future leaders.
  • Oversee the group performance management framework for CEOs and L1s, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
  • Collaborate with the Nomination & Remuneration Committee to create and implement executive compensation structures.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Strong strategic HR leadership skills, with a proven track record of driving business outcomes.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to partner with CEOs and CHROs.
  • Talent management expertise, with a focus on leadership development and succession planning.
  • Experience in performance management, including developing and implementing performance management frameworks.
  • Knowledge of executive compensation structures and practices.
