We're seeking a visionary New Product Development Manager to lead the charge in creating unique frozen dessert products. This role will oversee the entire product development lifecycle, from concept creation to commercialization.

  • Frozen Dessert Expertise: Develop and implement innovative ice cream formulations that exceed consumer expectations.
  • Innovative Thinking: Identify and capitalize on emerging trends, technologies, and market opportunities to drive business growth.
  • Collaboration and Partnership: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including R&D, Procurement, and Marketing, to bring new products to life.
  • Quality and Safety: Ensure compliance with food safety standards and regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Food Technology or related field
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in food industry
  • Strong expertise in frozen desserts and project management
