Job Title: Campus Outreach Specialist

This role is focused on building and maintaining relationships with vocational institutes, training & placement officers, principals, and other skilling partners across target states.

  • Plan and execute mobilisation campaigns including campus drives, marshaling camps, job-fairs, bootcamps, e-onboarding sessions and placement workshops to register and onboard candidates onto the ShramIN platform.
  • Own end-to-end candidate funnel from outreach registration eligibility screening skill-tagging digital onboarding placement handover.
  • Coordinate logistics for on-site drives scheduling venue co-ordination equipment teams manage third-party mobilisers/agencies when required.
  • Conduct pre-screening basic assessments documentation verification ensure quality of candidate data captured photo ID certificates contact details.
  • Work closely with recruitment/delivery teams to ensure smooth handover follow-up for joining improve offer-to-join conversion.
  • Drive candidate engagement orientation sessions basic employability workshops attendance punctuality documentation communication via calls/SMS/WhatsApp.
  • Develop maintain MIS/dashboard track outreach registrations conversions placement outcomes institute-level metrics provide weekly/monthly reports leadership.
  • Negotiate close Memorandums Understanding MoUs partnership agreements with institutes training organisations.
  • Represent ShramIN local skilling events government skilling centres NSDC/State Skill Council meetings build referral channels.
  • Train manage field mobilisation teams set targets run incentive schemes ensure SLA adherence capture feedback insights institutes candidates improve platform UX onboarding flow mobilization playbooks.

Required Skills Qualifications:

  • 6–8 years experience mobilisation campus placements institutional partnerships community engagement recruitment preferably vocational/skill development organisations staffing firms placement cells NGOs.
  • Strong existing contacts demonstrable experience working ITIs Polytechnics TPOs training partners NSDC/state skill councils major advantage.
  • Excellent stakeholder management build trust principals TPOs training managers local authorities.
  • Proven track record planning executing high-volume onboarding drives events.
  • Strong field orientation comfortable frequent travel overnight stays work onsite institutes industrial clusters.
  • Good command English Hindi knowledge additional regional language relevant target geographies plus.
  • Strong organisational skills attention detail ability manage multiple mobilisation projects simultaneously.
  • Proficiency CRM/ATS tools Google Sheets/Excel basic data dashboarding.
  • Good presentation training skills comfortable running group sessions short assessment tests.
