Field Marketing Strategist



About the Role:

The role of Field Marketing Strategist is to develop and execute comprehensive marketing plans that drive brand visibility and student admissions.

This involves spearheading all on-ground marketing efforts, planning, executing, and tracking performance across various channels.

Key responsibilities include identifying key offline channels, locations, and event formats to maximize reach within target demographics, creating activation calendars, timelines, and budgets, as well as leading the planning, promotion, and execution of events such as open houses, school orientations, RWA activations, community outreach programs, interschool competitions, workshops, and fairs.

The ideal candidate will bring a blend of strategic thinking, operational excellence, and relationship-building skills, with a strong local network and knowledge of RWA and school ecosystems.

They should also be passionate about education, community engagement, and brand storytelling, with excellent organizational, negotiation, and project management skills, as well as strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Qualifications & Experience:
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Event Management, Communications, or a related field. MBA preferred.
  • 4–7 years of experience in field marketing, preferably in education, events, or community engagement.
  • Proven track record of developing and executing campaigns that drive measurable outcomes.
  • Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and planning tools.
