Job Title: Digital Engagement Specialist

The role of a Digital Engagement Specialist is instrumental in the success of influencer marketing campaigns. Key responsibilities include identifying and establishing connections with potential influencers across various social media platforms, coordinating campaign logistics, and analyzing performance metrics.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Influencer Research: Identify and research potential influencers across various social media platforms that align with the brand's target audience and values.
  • Outreach and Collaboration: Conduct outreach to potential influencers, introducing them to the brand and discussing potential collaboration opportunities.
  • Campaign Coordination: Assist in developing and executing influencer marketing strategies and campaigns.
  • Logistics Management: Coordinate and manage the logistics of influencer collaborations, including content creation, posting schedules, and deliverables.
  • Brand Guidelines: Ensure all influencer content meets brand guidelines and campaign objectives.
  • Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with influencers and their management teams.
  • Performance Tracking: Monitor and track the performance of influencer campaigns using various analytics tools.
  • Reporting and Insights: Analyze key metrics such as engagement rates, reach, impressions, and conversions to assess the effectiveness of campaigns.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
  • 2-3 years of experience in influencer marketing, social media marketing, or a related role.
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms and influencer marketing trends.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
  • Proficient in using social media analytics tools and marketing software.
