Job Overview

The Field Specialist is a key performer in our organisation, responsible for achieving the overall KPI of enquiry/lead generation, counselling, conversion, and payment collection.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Market Understanding: The Field Specialist must gain knowledge of the micro-market of the territory, including prospect base, ecosystem, employment exchanges, third-party employers, non-organised sectors, tier-3 colleges, and alumni base.
  • Enquiry Generation: This involves conducting multiple activities in employment exchanges, colleges, job fairs, outreach to unorganised sector workforce, and extensive travel to outreach locations to generate leads.
  • Admission Process: The Field Specialist will ensure correct course information is shared with students, follow the admission process, and contribute to batch occupancy and batch launch.
  • System Updation & Daily Reporting: Regular updates to the system are essential, as well as submitting daily activity reports, contributing to batch occupancy and batch launch.
