Chief Human Resources Strategist

Our organization is seeking a dynamic and experienced HR Business Partner to join our team. As an HR Business Partner, you will play a crucial role in aligning HR practices with operational needs and ensuring consistent implementation of HR policies and processes.
The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting business units by coordinating onboarding and induction programs, acting as the first point of contact for employee queries, concerns, and grievances, and assisting managers with the performance management cycle.
You will also contribute to employee engagement initiatives and activities that foster a collaborative and inclusive workplace culture. Additionally, you will collaborate with the central HR team on key projects including compliance, audits, learning, and talent reviews.
- Support business units by aligning HR practices with operational needs and ensuring consistent implementation of HR policies and processes.
- Coordinate onboarding and induction programs to ensure new hires are effectively integrated into the organization.
- Act as the first point of contact for employee queries, concerns, and grievances; support issue resolution in a timely and compliant manner.

- Maintain HR dashboards and use data insights to monitor key people metrics like attrition, engagement, and productivity.
