We are seeking a seasoned professional with strategic foresight, financial acumen, and operator management expertise to drive growth and profitability.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Financial Performance: Monitor and drive financial and operational performance of hotel and restaurant assets.
  • Budgeting and Forecasting: Lead budget finalization process with operating partners and conduct periodical performance reviews versus budgets.
  • Trend Analysis: Analyze RevPAR, GOP, ADR, occupancy, and EBITDA trends; optimize ROI.
  • Commercial Asset Management: Manage leasing, tenant relationships, and yield enhancement at commercial developments.

Land Bank Development:

  • Project Development: Drive development of land banks in key markets and float RFPs for architects, contractors, and brand/operator tie-ups.
  • Feasibility Studies: Evaluate feasibility, design concepts, and financial models for new hotels, resorts, and mixed-use developments.
  • Statutory Approvals: Ensure timely execution and compliance with statutory approvals.

Brand & Operator Engagement:

  • Brand Identification: Identify and evaluate suitable hotel brands across segments.
  • Negotiation: Negotiate management agreements and commercial terms with operators.
  • Operator Relationships: Govern operator relationships to ensure compliance with financial and brand objectives.

Reporting & Strategic Input:

  • MIS and Dashboards: Maintain MIS, dashboards, and board presentations on asset performance.
  • Investment Strategy: Support the MD in preparing investment strategy papers, pitch decks, and deal structuring.
  • Trend Analysis: Track hospitality and real estate trends for informed decision making.

  • Operational Expertise: Ability to handle operator negotiations, feasibility analysis, and reporting.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
