We are seeking a key contributor to establish a new business from scratch.

This role involves managing complete business data, drawing insightful conclusions, and owning both on-ground and behind-the-scenes work.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Business Data Management: Managing business performance and financial metrics.
  • Execution Ownership: Overseeing business execution, including field work and outcome ownership.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Fostering collaboration between functions and leadership.
  • Process Building and Productization: Creating SOPs and productizing business operations through internal tech or third-party solutions.
  • New City Launches: Playing a key role in launching new cities, serving as city lead for initial launch periods.

To succeed in this role, you should possess:

  • Bachelor's degree from a top-tier university and an MBA from a reputable institution.
  • 1-5 years of experience in sales and program management, preferably in retail distribution/sales or BFSI.
  • Prior project management experience and comfort with data analysis and dashboarding is essential.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • High ownership, ability to switch contexts, and quickly build new business skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
