As a seasoned software testing professional, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the highest quality of our products. Your expertise in manual and automated testing will enable us to deliver exceptional user experiences.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and execute project plans to deliver high-quality software solutions within tight deadlines.
  • Interface with customers to understand requirements, set priorities, and communicate progress.
  • Drive improvements in software quality practices through process optimization and best practice implementation.
  • Oversee and direct the development of new test frameworks and applications to ensure efficient test execution.
  • Contribute to test process, tools, and methodologies to enhance manual and automated test execution.
  • Interpret requirements for testability and ensure comprehensive coverage in test case design.
  • Present test plans to stakeholders for approval prior to execution.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to drive, implement, and maintain tests in an agile environment.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 5 years of experience working directly within engineering teams delivering full systems.
  • Proven work experience in software testing / quality assurance with web-based applications, mobile applications, and client-server applications.
  • Familiarity with Agile Scrum methodology and hands-on experience in manual API testing.
  • Experience in automation testing using Selenium or similar frameworks.
  • Solid knowledge of SQL and scripting, excellent communication skills, and advanced problem-solving orientation and decision-making skills.
  • Knowledge of Design Patterns & Data Structures and understanding of the web/desktop application development cycle and programming techniques and tools.
  • Excellent project and time management skills, ability to work independently or with a group, and ability to participate in working sessions that result in clear technical requirements and technical design.
Desired Qualifications:
  • Understanding in Energy & Utilities solutions.
  • Unix and Shell scripting basics.
  • Understanding of key UI design principles.
  • Experience with standard set of Java developments tools including IDEs, build frameworks, source code control and other ALM tools.
  • PMP Certified.
