We are seeking a detail-oriented Senior Software Quality Assurance Analyst with 4+ years of experience in manual and automated testing, testing methodologies, and driving quality throughout the software development lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop test plans, test cases, and test scripts for web, mobile, and API-based applications
  • Perform manual and automated testing to validate functionality, performance, and scalability
  • Identify, document, and track bugs, defects, and performance issues using tools like Jira, Bugzilla, or Trello
  • Collaborate closely with developers, product managers, and business analysts to refine requirements and define test scenarios
  • Perform different types of testing (regression, API, etc.)
  • Ensure compliance with software development and testing standards
  • Analyze test results and provide detailed reports with actionable insights
Required Skills & Qualifications
  • Education: Bachelor's/Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
  • 4+ years of professional experience in software testing
  • Strong knowledge of SDLC and STLC
  • Hands-on expertise in manual testing, test automation, and API testing
  • Proficiency in SQL queries for database validation
  • Familiarity with bug tracking tools
  • Understanding of Agile methodologies
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
Preferred Skills
  • Experience in mobile application testing
  • Relevant certifications in Quality Assurance are a plus
