Are you looking for a challenging role in assurance? We have an exciting opportunity for a Senior Associate to join our team.

  • As a Senior Associate, you will be responsible for developing and demonstrating a deep understanding of our audit approach, methodology, and tools. You will apply this knowledge in a practical setting, ensuring that audit procedures and tests are performed in accordance with our standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Develop industry expertise by researching technical accounting issues and providing timely and high-quality client service. This includes identifying areas of risk and accounting and auditing issues, and exercising professional skepticism and judgment on engagements.

  2. Collaborate with engagement teams, provide supervision and development training for associates, and take ownership of assigned tasks and deliverables to ensure service excellence.

  3. Perform audits and other assurance services, including financial statement audits, internal controls evaluations, and compliance testing.

  4. Provide guidance and support to junior staff members, helping them to develop their skills and advance in their careers.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • A Semi-qualified ACCA/CPA or Qualified CA/ACCA/Licensed CPA
  • 2-4 years of relevant experience working in an accounting and audit-related field, specifically NFP industry
  • Strong technical skills in accounting, including IFRS or GAAP and GAAS
  • Strong Data Analytical skills, including advanced Excel skills (Vlookups, pivot tables, and basic formulas), Word and PowerPoint
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
