Senior Quality Assurance Automation Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Senior QA Engineer to lead and evolve our automation and quality practices across microservices-based platforms.
About the Role:
- Develop and execute end-to-end QA strategy, including test automation and exploratory testing.
- Collaborate closely with developers, product managers, and designers to ensure seamless integration of quality practices.
- Implement shift-left and shift-right testing best practices to enhance overall quality and reliability.
- Coach teams on quality, testability, and resilience to foster a culture of excellence.
Requirements:
- 5+ years in software testing; 3+ years in automation with JavaScript/TypeScript.
- Strong experience in API testing, BDD/TDD, and working with distributed systems.
- Familiarity with SQL, Git, Jira, and CI tools like Jenkins/GitHub Actions.
- Excellent communication and critical thinking skills.
