We are seeking a seasoned automation professional to lead our quality assurance efforts. The ideal candidate will bring expertise in Salesforce and nCino, with a strong background in designing, implementing, and executing automated test strategies.

Key Responsibilities
  • Automation Frameworks: Design and implement test automation frameworks for Salesforce and nCino applications.
  • Test Script Creation: Create, maintain, and execute automation test scripts for functional, regression, and integration testing.
  • Collaboration: Collaborate with business analysts, developers, and product owners to review requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
  • nCino Testing: Perform end-to-end testing of nCino modules including loan origination systems, credit memos, collateral tracking, covenant tracking, deposit account openings, and workflow automation.
  • Salesforce Validation: Validate Salesforce lightning, APIs, and integrations with external systems.
  • Test Coverage: Ensure test coverage across UI, API, data, and performance testing.
  • Quality Metrics: Define and track quality metrics, identifying defects and driving resolution.
  • Mentorship: Mentor junior QA team members and contribute to best practices in automation.
  • CI/CD Support: Support continuous integration and deployment pipelines.

Requirements:

  • 9+ years of QA experience, with at least 4+ years in Salesforce QA and nCino projects.
  • Strong knowledge of nCino modules and banking workflows (commercial lending, treasury, retail banking).
  • Hands-on experience with Salesforce testing frameworks.
  • Experience in API testing.
  • Expertise in CI/CD tools.
  • Familiarity with data validation and ETL testing for Salesforce integrations.
  • Proficiency in agile/scrum methodology.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Salesforce certifications.
  • nCino certification.
  • Experience with cloud platforms.
  • Exposure to performance testing tools.

Education:

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or related field.
  • Master's degree preferred but not required.
