Ai/ml Test Engineer Job Overview

As a seasoned quality assurance specialist, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the quality, reliability, and performance of software products.

  • You will lead quality assurance initiatives, manage testing processes, and deliver high-quality software products that meet user expectations and business requirements.
  • Closely collaborate with development, product, and cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement and adherence to best practices throughout the software development lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement test plans, cases, and scripts to ensure thorough testing coverage.
  • Analyze and report on testing results, identifying areas for improvement and providing recommendations for enhancements.
  • Develop and maintain documentation on testing processes, procedures, and standards.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • At least 8 years of experience in testing and quality assurance for software products.
  • Working knowledge of software test design and testing methodologies, including test automation frameworks (e.g., JUnit, Selenium).
  • Familiarity with TDD (Test-Driven Development) and Python programming language.
  • Strong analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills with meticulous attention to detail.
  • Experience working in an Agile development environment and excellent written and verbal communication skills to interact effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Preferred Skills:

  • Ai/ml expertise and experience with ai/ml technologies.

Requirements:

  • Senior Test Specialist Exp: 10+ years in IT; 8+ years in Testing.
