As an HR Executive, you will be responsible for the onboarding and induction of new employees into the team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Onboard new employees ensuring a smooth transition including orientation sessions and necessary paperwork.
  • Organize employee engagement activities such as 1-to-1 connects, fun events, and sports activities to promote employee well-being and job satisfaction.
  • Conduct regular performance evaluations, quarterly check-ins, skip-level meetings, and annual appraisals to ensure employees meet their goals and expectations.
  • Address employee concerns resolve conflicts and provide support to ensure alignment with organizational requirements.
  • Conduct exit interviews and recommend strategies to improve employee retention rates.
  • Oversee facility maintenance space management electrical systems air conditioning fire safety and internet connectivity.
  • Manage inventory levels vendor relationships and compliance with regulatory requirements.
