Role Overview

We are seeking a skilled AI Red Teaming Specialist to join our global team of subject matter experts.

  • This is an exceptional opportunity for self-motivated and clever specialists who can handle the speed required to be on the frontlines of AI security.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Generative AI and experience working on Large Language Models (LLMs).

The successful candidate will receive extensive training on AI/ML, LLMs, Red Teaming, and jailbreaking, as well as specific project guidelines and requirements.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Crafting clever and sneaky prompts to attempt to bypass the filters and guardrails on LLMs, targeting specific vulnerabilities defined by our clients.
  • Collaborating closely with language specialists, team leads, and QA leads to produce the best possible work.
  • Assisting our data scientists to conduct automated model attacks.
  • Adapting to the dynamic needs of different projects and clients, navigating shifting guidelines and requirements.
  • Keeping up with the evolving capabilities and vulnerabilities of LLMs and helping your team's methods evolve with them.
  • Hitting productivity targets, including for number of prompts written and average handling time per prompt.

Requirements:

  • Excellent writing skills, strong understanding of grammar, syntax, and semantics.
  • Ability to adopt different voices and points of view, creative thinking, strong attention to detail.
  • Well-honed internet research skills, ability to embrace diverse teams, and adaptability to thrive in a dynamic environment.
