Job Title: Video Session Coordinator

At our organization, we are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented professional to join our team.

Job Description:

We are looking for an individual who will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth execution of video recording sessions. This includes maintaining detailed tracking sheets, coordinating with teams to ensure session flow and timelines are followed, and acting as a communication bridge between teams and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate with teams to ensure session flow and timelines are followed.
  • Maintain detailed tracking sheets for video recordings, edits, and reviews.
  • Act as a communication bridge between teams and stakeholders.
  • Assist in arranging resources and travel to multiple locations.
  • Ensure every video has been reviewed, edited, and uploaded properly.
  • Submit daily updates on activities and share with team leads and relevant stakeholders.
  • Backup and upload video files in Google Drive/AWS and linked to the master tracking sheet.

Requirements:

  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
  • BASIC knowledge of video production and editing software (optional).
