**Job Description:**

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced engineer to lead our team in building the technical infrastructure for a revolutionary logistics platform. As a Tech Lead, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and deploying scalable systems that can handle large volumes of data and traffic.

This is a hands-on role where you will work closely with the CPTO and co-founders to shape the architecture and direction of the platform. You will have full ownership of your projects and will be expected to drive them from concept to delivery.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in backend systems, distributed systems, and API design. They should also have experience with AWS stack, DevOps, and containerization. Additionally, they should have a solid grasp of geospatial systems, real-time platforms, and machine learning inference integration.


**Key Responsibilities:**
  • Develop and deploy core systems such as Orchestrator, droneAI APIs, and rider ops tooling.
  • Design and implement infrastructure and DevOps practices to support the growth of the platform.
  • Integrate AI/ML models into production code to enhance demand prediction, rider assignment, and fleet balancing.
  • Translate architecture into production code while keeping it simple and reliable.

**Requirements:**
  • 5-8 years of experience building and shipping backend systems.
  • Strong grasp of distributed systems, microservices, and API design.
  • Experience with AWS stack: EC2, RDS/Postgres, Redis, networking basics (VPC, NAT, IGW).
  • Comfort with DevOps (Terraform, GitHub Actions, Docker, ECS).
  • Bonus: Geospatial systems (H3, OSRM, Redis Geo), real-time platforms, or ML inference integration.
