Senior IT Infrastructure Professional

The role of Senior IT Infrastructure Professional involves overseeing the entire IT infrastructure, ensuring it aligns with business goals and is scalable for future growth.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Develop a strategic direction for the company's IT infrastructure, driving its evolution and optimization.
  • Manage day-to-day operations, encompassing servers, networks, storage, virtualization, and cloud environments, to ensure high performance and reliability.
  • Lead IT security initiatives, focusing on vulnerability management, incident response, threat mitigation, and compliance with relevant standards and regulations.
  • Oversee Identity and Access Management (IAM), Conditional Access policies, and endpoint management using tools such as Microsoft Intune, ensuring seamless access and robust security.
  • Maintain robust IT compliance frameworks, coordinating with internal and external audit teams to meet legal and regulatory requirements.
Required Qualifications and Experience:
  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Around 15 years of progressive experience in IT infrastructure management with a strong focus on IT security.
  • Deep expertise in IT security frameworks, vulnerability management, compliance standards (e.g., ISO 27001, GDPR), and risk management.
Desirable Skills and Certifications:
  • Certifications like CISSP, CISM, ITIL, or PMP are highly desirable.
  • Knowledge of scripting/programming for automation (e.g., PowerShell, Python).
