Job Opportunity for Corporate Governance Expert

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced corporate governance professional to oversee our company's statutory compliance, financial reporting, and board support functions.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  1. Ensure the company is in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations by managing statutory filings and maintaining accurate records;
  2. Collaborate with the board of directors to provide strategic guidance and ensure effective decision-making processes;
  3. Coordinate meetings and events, prepare minutes, and maintain confidentiality;
  4. Develop and implement efficient administrative systems and procedures to streamline operations;
  5. Maintain relationships with external stakeholders, including regulatory bodies and vendors;
  6. Prepare financial reports and other documents as required;
  7. Perform other duties as assigned by management.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 2-5 years of experience in corporate governance or a similar role;
  • Master's degree in Commerce (M.Com) or equivalent qualification;
  • Professional certification as a Company Secretary (ICS or ACS);
  • Strong knowledge of relevant laws and regulations;
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively;
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and other software applications;
  • Ability to travel occasionally for business purposes.
