As a seasoned Compliance Officer, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring our organization adheres to all relevant statutory and regulatory requirements.

We are seeking an experienced professional with a strong background in corporate governance, risk management, and statutory filings. Your expertise in navigating complex regulations and developing effective internal policies will be invaluable in this position.

The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of Indian corporate laws, financial regulations, accounting standards, and taxation. Additionally, they should possess excellent analytical, communication, and leadership skills to effectively advise the board and management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Corporate Governance & Board Support: Advise the board of directors on all matters of corporate governance, ensuring efficient and ethical operations.
  • Regulatory Compliance: Ensure strict adherence to all relevant statutory and regulatory requirements.
  • Risk Management: Proactively identify, assess, and mitigate potential compliance risks across the organization.
  • Statutory Filings: Oversee the preparation and timely filing of all regulatory documents and returns.
  • Responding to Regulators: Ensure prompt resolution to queries / notices / summons issued by regulatory authorities.
  • Internal Audits: Conduct regular internal audits and reviews to ensure continuous adherence to regulations and internal policies.

Required Qualifications & Skills:

  • Professional Qualifications: A mandatory qualified Company Secretary (CS). A Chartered Accountant (CA) qualification is a strong advantage.
  • Experience: Minimum of 10 years of experience in a senior compliance, corporate secretarial, or governance role.
  • Legal & Financial Knowledge: In-depth knowledge of Indian corporate laws, financial regulations, accounting standards, and taxation.
