Client Relationship Expert

We are seeking an experienced Client Relationship Expert to build and maintain strong, lasting relationships with high-end clientele. As the key point of contact, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Establish and nurture long-term relationships with new and existing clients.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for high-net-worth individuals, ensuring excellent service at every touchpoint.
  • Provide personalized consultations to help clients select jewelry pieces that meet their preferences and occasions.
  • Develop and convey in-depth product knowledge, including history, craftsmanship, and materials of fine jewelry.
  • Collaborate with sales and design teams to offer custom jewelry solutions to clients.
  • Respond promptly and professionally to client inquiries, concerns, or feedback.
  • Maintain accurate and detailed client records to track preferences, special dates, and purchase history.
  • Host private viewings and exclusive events for VIP clients.
  • Stay informed of market trends and client preferences to anticipate needs and offer relevant recommendations.
  • Contribute to achieving sales targets by fostering client loyalty and retention.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a Client Relationship Expert or in a client-facing role within luxury retail, hospitality, or similar industries.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a client-centric approach.
  • A keen understanding of fine jewelry or luxury goods is preferred.
  • Ability to manage multiple clients and provide a high level of attention to detail.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to maintain accurate client records.
  • Discretion and professionalism when handling high-net-worth clients.
  • Proficiency in CRM software is a plus.
