High-End Wedding Coordinator Opportunity

  • We are seeking an accomplished wedding coordinator to oversee the planning and execution of luxurious wedding events.

Responsibilities:

  1. Collaborate with engaged couples to understand their vision and preferences for their special day.
  2. Develop comprehensive event plans, including timelines, budgets, and vendor contracts.
  3. Source and manage vendors, such as venues, caterers, photographers, and DJs, to ensure seamless event execution.
  4. Negotiate contracts and facilitate timely payments to vendors.
  5. Inspect venues to ensure they meet the couple's requirements.
  6. Cope with any unexpected issues or challenges that may arise during the event.
  7. Coordinate additional services, such as accommodations, transportation, and catering, to provide a smooth experience for the couple and guests.
  8. Monitor event activities to ensure the couple and guests are satisfied.
  9. Review and approve event bills and vendor payments.
