Job Description

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Client Servicing Professional to lead our team in delivering exceptional events.

About the Role

The successful candidate will have a proven track record of managing large-scale events, a business portfolio of similar value, and strong leadership and team management skills.

Key Responsibilities
  • Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong client relationships by understanding their needs thoroughly and providing tailored event solutions.
  • Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and manage the client servicing team to achieve company goals and client satisfaction.
  • Strategic Planning and Execution: Develop and implement client servicing strategies that align with the company's overall business objectives.
  • Business Development: Collaborate with the business development team to identify and pursue new client opportunities.
Requirements

To be considered for this role, you must have a Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Event Management, or a related field; an MBA is preferred. A minimum of 8 years of experience in client servicing, with at least 5 years in a leadership role in the event management industry, is also required.
