Front Desk Executive Job Description
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Front Desk Executive to oversee the day-to-day operations of our hotel.
Main Responsibilities:
- Ensure high service quality and customer satisfaction by managing front desk operations.
- Supervise various functions including housekeeping, F&B, engineering, and security.
- Liaise with local authorities, vendors, and other departments to ensure smooth operations.
- Coordinate with other departments to resolve issues and improve operational efficiency.
- Handle guest complaints and escalate issues as necessary.
Requirements:
- A degree in Hospitality is preferred.
- A minimum of 1-3 years of experience in hotel operations is required.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and time-management skills are essential.
- The ability to relocate anywhere in southern India is a must.
