Seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our team as an Inbound Operations Specialist. This role requires expertise in managing B2B travel queries, designing customized itineraries, and handling end-to-end bookings.

Key Responsibilities:- Manage B2B travel inquiries from international agents, providing timely and accurate responses.
- Design bespoke itineraries that cater to diverse client needs, incorporating creative experiences and accurate costing.
- Oversee the entire booking process, ensuring seamless interactions with hotels, transportation providers, guides, and other partners.
- Ensure smooth operations by maintaining proactive follow-ups on payments, confirmations, and client updates.
- Stay up-to-date with destination trends to deliver innovative solutions and exceed client expectations.
- 5-9 years of experience in inbound operations, with a strong understanding of India and the Subcontinent.
- Proven skills in itinerary planning, costing, and ground operations, with excellent communication skills in English.
- Detail-oriented, highly organized, and able to think critically in fast-paced environments.
