Compliance Manager Job Summary">

A Compliance Manager is responsible for ensuring adherence to regulatory requirements.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of compliance principles and be able to implement effective strategies to mitigate risks.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Understanding and implementing regulatory requirements, including those related to Peak margin, Quarterly settlement, MTF, CUSPA process.
  • Handling audits mandated by NSE and BSE.
  • Implementing the latest circulars issued by SEBI/Exchanges/Depositories/PFRDA and ensuring timely compliance with respective stakeholders.
  • Maintaining a Compliance Calendar and disseminating it to relevant stakeholders for timely submission.
  • Conducting On-site and Off-site Inspections in accordance with SEBI/stock exchange guidelines.
  • Assisting in the launch of new products and processes while overseeing their implementation.
  • Preparing and discussing the Monthly Governance Dashboard with Management.
  • Liaising with Exchanges and internal teams to ensure seamless operations.
  • Managing additional compliances such as Segment Activation and Software approvals.
