Job Overview

The Compliance Analyst will ensure the company adheres to RBI, SEBI, and other regulatory frameworks.

This involves conducting compliance monitoring, risk assessments, and assisting in audits.

Responsibilities:
  • Regulatory Frameworks: Monitor, interpret, and implement RBI, SEBI, FEMA, and other regulatory guidelines relevant to the business.
  • Timely Filings: Ensure timely filings and reporting to regulators.
  • Knowledge Updates: Maintain up-to-date knowledge of evolving compliance and regulatory requirements.
  • Internal Reviews: Conduct regular internal reviews and compliance risk assessments.
  • Process Gaps: Identify process gaps and propose corrective actions.
  • Issue Tracking: Track remediation of compliance issues and ensure timely closure.
  • Policies and Procedures: Assist in drafting, updating, and implementing compliance policies and procedures.
  • Documentation: Maintain accurate documentation for internal compliance controls.
  • Awareness Programs: Educate internal teams on compliance obligations through training and awareness programs.
  • Support Audits: Support internal, statutory, and regulatory audits.
  • Reports: Prepare compliance reports for senior management and regulatory bodies.
  • Point of Contact: Act as a point of contact for compliance queries across departments.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with legal, finance, and operations teams to ensure organization-wide compliance.
  • Compliance Risks: Provide inputs on compliance risks during product and process development.
