Job Title: Compliance Officer

Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled Compliance Officer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 2–3 years of experience in accounting or secretarial firms and be proficient in day-to-day compliance activities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Secretarial Compliance: Prepare and file statutory forms (ROC, MCA filings, etc.) in a timely manner.
  • Accounting Support: Assist in accounting-related tasks such as vouchers, reconciliations, and simple book-keeping support.
  • Statutory Compliances: Support in statutory compliances such as GST, TDS, PF, and PT filings.
  • Record Maintenance: Maintain company secretarial records – registers, minutes, and disclosures.
  • Drafting Documents: Draft simple resolutions, notices, and supporting compliance documentation.
  • Compliance Reporting: Support in Digital Signature Certificate (DSC) and routine compliance reporting.

Requirements:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Finance, or related field.
  • Experience: 2–3 years of experience in a CA/CS/Accounting/Compliance firm.
  • Skills: Strong knowledge of accounting principles and company secretarial compliances.
  • Familiarity: Familiarity with statutory filing portals (MCA, GST, Income Tax, etc.).
  • Software Proficiency: Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word) and exposure to accounting software (Tally/Zoho/QuickBooks preferred).
  • Soft Skills: Excellent attention to detail, organizational, and multitasking skills.

Bonus Points: Prior experience with auditing and risk management will be a significant advantage.
