**Job Summary**

We are seeking a highly skilled Lead Power Electronics Development Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for leading the design and development of power supply products for various applications.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Design and develop new power supply products, including the selection of components that meet specification and performance requirements for space environment.
  • Provide support, adaptation, and updating of existing power supply products.
  • Interface with internal and external teams, including suppliers and customers.
  • Implement products that meet Design for Manufacturing, Design for Test, and Design to Cost standards.
  • Work on multiple projects simultaneously and manage schedules and costs effectively.

Requirements:

  • Strong experience in DCDC energy conversion, linear and switching regulation from low to medium power up to 1KW.
  • Good knowledge of analog electronics, digital, and communication interfaces.
  • Knowledge of EMI/EMC and Thermal management.
  • Hands-on experience with mentor tools, Altium, and Cadence, including P-spice/LT-spice, Simplis.
  • Knowledge in product design for harsh environments like space, including power electronics and passives.
  • Excellent listening skills, team spirit, problem-solving skills.
  • Qualifications: B.Tech in Electronics & Communication or related engineering discipline with 4+ years of relevant experience.

  • Power electronics, DCDC energy conversion, linear and switching regulation.
  • Analog electronics, digital, and communication interfaces.
  • EMI/EMC and thermal management.
  • Mentor tools, Altium, Cadence, P-spice/LT-spice, Simplis.
  • Product design for harsh environments, power electronics, passives.
  • Problem-solving skills, excellent listening skills.
